08.19.2011

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Humantech, Inc.  is proud to announce the promotions of three current staff members: Susan Shaw to Consultant, and Greg Cresswell and Kevin Perdeaux to Senior Consultants.  In addition to providing exceptional service to clients and fellow associates, they are all board-certified ergonomics engineers.

Susan Shaw has been successful in supporting ergonomic project deployments and performing ergonomic risk assessments, and she continues to demonstrate professionalism and quality work when performing on-site data collections, delivering training classes, and facilitating Humantech Rapid Team Events®.  Previously, as a Manufacturing Engineer with Stryker Medical, she was responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of four production lines.

Greg Cresswell leads training sessions for engineering and safety personnel, redesigns workspaces, and performs ergonomic risk assessments.  Prior to joining Humantech in 2008, Greg Cresswell was an Ergonomist for Honda Manufacturing in Canada.  He was responsible for supporting new vehicle launches, conducting tool studies, and delivering training sessions to Honda associates.  Greg has utilized his past training experience to lead improvement initiatives for Humantech’s Applied Industrial Ergonomics training materials.

Kevin Perdeaux came to Humantech in October 2008 from Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada.  He was responsible for supporting ergonomic design projects for vehicle launches and integrating ergonomics into Toyota’s safety management system.  Kevin is fluent in the French language, which has given him the opportunity to work with multilingual clients in both a training and engineering capacity.  In addition, he maintains a Six Sigma Green Belt certification through the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
